    Positive: Fabulous Appartment as good as the photos, in fact we were impressed that it felt bigger! Lots of light, plenty of storage, great WiFi, well equipped kitchen. Lovely location right on the port but not noisy at this time of year Good comms from the agent and thank you for adjusting to our delayed check in time due to road traffic! Negative: Overall we lived it all The w/c was very small, but that can’t be changed. The big shower room made up for it!

Nous y avons passé quatre jours en janvier, au chaud et avons pu profiter de sa vue imprenable sur Cap Canaille, sur le château de Cassis et sur le port. Idéal pour le repos et pour tout faire à pied (à deux pas du port et du centre ; calanques aisément accessibles à pied).

    Positive: The location is wonderful and the apartment has been recently renovated to include the latest equipment. The view is amazing and the proximity to the harbour and restaurants and bars is perfect. Negative: The only problem we had was parking our car. We were given a parking voucher to park anywhere in the street, but most times when we returned it was impossible to find a parking place and we had to park in the paid parking garage which was expensive.

  25. Amazing location on the port.

    Positive: The location of this apartment is amazing, right on the port and halfway between the two beaches which are each a 5 minute walk. We enjoyed walking out for restaurants and shopping, and sitting on the deck watching the activity on the small harbour. The apartment is set up well and is modern. The air conditioning and wifi work well. In the daytime and evening there’s a constant buzz from the open-air restaurant but it’s not “noisy”, more of a happy chatter. It is the quiet end of the town. If you want to close the door and window, the double glazing is effective and keeps the apartment quiet, and electric roll-down shutters additionally block out all noise at bed time. Overall a great place to stay. Negative: The bed is small. There is a smell from the bathroom basin which is like sewerage, and it’s obvious as you enter the apartment. When I queried whether the water was safe to drink, the property manager replied … “Hello, yes the water is drinkable of course. As for the smell, it certainly comes from the fact that the wind has turned last night. It's quite common in Cassis, as the evacuation installations aren't all recent, but it doesn't last. have a nice day.” Unfortunately it did last for the week we were there, but we got used to it.

    Positive: The location was superb with a view out to the harbour where we enjoyed some lovely evenings. Modern kitchen and appliances with everything you needed including essential food basics Negative: The bed was way too small for 2 adults and having to supply own linen was unusual. The linen supplied to us was not clean If it wasn’t for these 2 things we would definitely score a 10. Loved Cassis .

    Die Lage ist toll, die Sicht aus dem Wohnzimmer und vom Balkon wunderbar. Leider kann man auf dem ausklappbaren Schlafsofa eigentlich nicht schlafen, da es bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung wackelt und quietscht und viel zu weich und durchgelegen ist. Die Ausstattung ist insgesamt neu und modern, allerdings funktionierten nur zwei der vier Herdplatten. Das Badezimmer hat kein Fenster und es riecht leider schlecht aus dem Abfluss.

    Positive: Отличные апартаменты с видом на порт и прямо в порту, но при этом чуть в стороне от маршрута проезда грузовых и уборочных машин, а значит рано утром никто вам не будет мешать спать. Прямо под окнами есть ресторан Naio, но это все же не ночной клуб, сильно не мешает. В квартире есть почти все, что нужно. Кровать очень удобная. Кухонные и банные принадлежности в достаточном количестве. Есть стиральная машина. Имеется также балкон, причём его преимущество в том, что он закрыт от мистраля, и даже когда дует этот ветер, там вполне комфортно. Есть отопление / кондиционер. Вердикт - отличная квартира. Negative: Ничего серьёзного.

    Positive: We loved our stay there! Perfect for long term stays :-) Next to great location we liked: - the view from balcony (option to fully open the living room window) - very fast wifi (option to watch Netflix on tv or télétravail) - well equipped kitchen to cook fresh food bought at farmers market - new furniture, modern design - sound proof windows (for undisturbed sleep) - free parking option (wasn’t mention in the offer) - English speaking apartment manager Negative: Just few small things, overall they didn’t impact much our stay: - living room sofa mattress was uncomfortable to sleep (opposite to bedroom one) - hidden bed blankets - refrigerator door was hard to open at times (required a lot of force) - the bathroom blanket was smelly when we arrived - apartment manager didn’t show up for the check out and at times was less helpful (felt very busy with work)

  75. An excellent few days right in the heart of the lovely fishing village of Cassis.

    Positive: It was very well appointed and equipped. The bed and sofa were very comfortable and the air conditioning was very efficient and quiet. We were also very impressed with the double glazing as you couldn’t hear any voices from the restaurants just below. I liked the modern design. The star of the show though was the location and the wonderful view from the balcony and window. It was particularly nice to see it at different times of day with the sun on the Cap Canaille and to watch all the activity in the busy harbour. Negative: Nothing

  103. Incredible views and location, some quirks that would have us probably not rent again

    Positive: This is an awesomely located condo right in the port of Old Town - open the window and you're looking right into the port and the vibrant, bustling center of town. Within steps of the beach, fabulous eateries and bars, boat rentals, and farmer's markets. Location does not get any better than this in Cassis. It was also easy to get the key from management - we WhatsApp'd and a representative met me out front when I arrived. Checkout was easy too - we were directed to clean up and take out our trash and leave the key in the mailbox. Negative: ~We arrived on a very warm day and though we had a brief overview from the rental rep, we had to contact her to figure out how to turn up the AC. We spent over half an hour trying to communicate and figure it out, until we just gave up. We discovered that management actually locks the intensity of how high you can put on the AC, it doesn't go past low. ~The stove is induction + took us forever to figure out, requiring more back-and-forth messaging with the rental company. They finally directed me to the electrical closet to cut the electricity off and on. This didn't seem to work, and we just gave up and never cooked the eggs we got from the farmer's markets. ~The washing machine is insanely loud...like, robots-having-an-orgy kind of loud...we don't know if it's on its last leg or just how it works, but we couldn't even be in the apartment while doing a load, it was so disruptive. We also felt badly running it since we felt like we certainly were disturbing our neighbors. NOTE to fellow Americans: there is no dryer machine, as is commonly the case in Europe. This may not be abundantly clear to some travelers so just wanted to mention that a "dryer" in EU listings means just a rack that you put outside. We were fine with this as this is how we do our laundry at home, but of course this means you have to plan accordingly (move your clothes outside to dry) or be left with soggy clothes (at checkout). ~You get a parking pass for your car (to park free) but be warned this is a high traffic tourist area and parking is very, very difficult. We had to circle many times and it took almost 30 minutes once to find a space within reasonable walking distance. ~they ask if you'll need to rent bedsheets and towels - since no one brings those items when travelling, of course you do. The cost is 20 EU extra which feels like a nickel-and-dime charge. ~bed is small for two adults and not very comfy (quite soft).

Proche des calanques pour belles ballades Negative: RAS Tout est vraiment super.     Positive: Very good location, nice view of the port, free parking! Renovated apartment with (almost) everything you need. The balcony is bigger than it looks on the pictures and it is perfect for a breakfast! I would recommend it for sure! Negative: We had to pay extra for towels and sheets and we bought some sanitary and toilets things.

You will be charged to have sheets or towels and we were told parking was included and given a pass- HOWEVER we were ticketed with the pass and the owner told us we would have to go to the police and tell them they made a mistake- we don’t speak the language and hardly the way we’d want to spend our vacation.

    Sehr freundlicher und zuverlässiger Gastgeber! Es wird hier einem nicht zu viel versprochen und man hat hier die beste Ausgangslage, da sehr Zentral zu allen Spots ist. Erwähnenswert ist natürlich die Aussicht auf den Hafen bei Tag sowie bei Nacht! Sehr empfehlenswert!

    Lovely large stylish apartment in an excellent location with a spectacular view! We would definitely stay again by there were a few issues to consider ; The apartment does come with a free parking permit as advertised but getting a public parking space is a nightmare and we experienced it to be stressful and impossible (and we visited at a quiet time). So if booking this apartment you should also book a space at the nearest Carpark facility which is approximately a 10minute walk away. The shower in the apartment is not functional. It is designed beautifully and the shower itself is fantastic but there is a serious problem with drainage. After less than 2minutes, the whole bathroom floor is totally flooded with water - this made having a shower everyday very stressful as there was a lot of cleaning up to do after one person showered (very quickly!) and then the second person needed to wait a long time before being able to shower. This issue did cause inconvenience for us as you don’t expect that kind of stress on holidays. I would assume the owners know about this problem as there was a plastic water scrapper left in the bathroom (for pushing water from the floor into the shower tray) but we did advise them about this on checkout and they said they would resolve. I think there is a general drainage problem in the apartment as there is a strong smell of sewage in the entrance hallway of the apartment and in the bathroom. Unfortunately we didn’t sleep very well at the apartment as the pillows are more like large cushions but we understand this is a personal preference so will not be an issue for everyone! Overall we were happy we booked this apartment and aside from a few issues we would book to stay again as the location is unbeatable.

    Un grand merci encore pour l'excellente organisation de mon court séjour à Cassis. Tout s'est très bien passé avec la remise des clés et j'ai donc pu accéder rapidement à l'appartement.     Très bel appartement, superbement situé, super vue du port et du cap canailles, on est dans le coeur de Cassis!. Check-in/out très efficace (mais un peu onéreux passé une certaine heure...) Seul petit hic : le matelas du canapé lit dans le salon est ridiculement fin, donc pas super confortable pour dormir et grince bruyamment dès le moindre mouvement

    Appartement moderne, très fonctionnel au coeur du port de Cassis. Bien tenu, cet appartement mériterait d'avantage de rigueur dans la propreté au sol et parties sanitaires. Bon contact avec l'agence. Les commerces sont proches, ainsi que de nombreux restaurants. Les visites des calanques à pied ou en bateau sont très proches. Stationnement facilité grâce au badge gratuit fourni mais les places peuvent être rares en saison... En résumé, un agréable séjour malgré une météo défavorable subie.

    Emplacement exceptionnel , tout peut se faire à pieds , appartement correspondant au descriptif , très bien équipé à tous les niveaux avec des prestations haut de gamme , la literie est exceptionnelle avec une vue à couper le souffle attention cependant aux bruits de voisinages ( télé , pas ....) en hiver , à voir l ‘été .
