Host should replenish kitchen and bath stuff and not rely on leftovers of previous tenants. other than that, we were happy with the stay and would come back.

Lage und Aussicht Top, Generalüberholung dringend notwendig.
Positive: Aussicht und Lage sind Top, ein Traum! Die größe der Wohnung gut, auch die Aufteilung passt. Negative: Treppenhaus schmutzig und ungepflegt. Die Möbel in der Wohnung provisorisch. Bett zu klein, Sofas alt und wackelig. Der Schrankraum muffig und unaufgeräumt, eher wie eine Rumpelkammer. Toilette extrem eng! Das Türschloss am Eingang war nur nach langem probieren aufschließbar, wurde nach einem Hinweis vom Manager repariert. Türschloss Eingang Wohnung ist ausgeleiert, Türklinke fällt fast ab, das Bild ist von der Wand gefallen. Das Rollo, des großen schönen Fensters zum Hafen lässt sich nicht vollständig öffnen. Badezimmer und Küche ok. Es bräuchte nicht viel, um die Wohnung dem doch hohen Preis entsprechen herzurichten: ein größeres Bett, ordentliche Matratze, neue Sofas und einen benutzbaren Schrankraum, sichere und funktionierende Türen sowie jemand der z.B. die ausgebrannten Teelichter der Vermieter entsorgt und nicht als Dekor drapiert.

Man kann stundenlang dort sitzen und einfach nur herausblicken. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Toll ist, dass man einen Parkschein bekommt, der im ganzen Ort gilt. Das Apartment ist wunderbar gelegen, aber renovierungsbedürftig.
Positive: Die Lage direkt am Hafen ist eindrucksvoll, der Blick aus den großen Fenstern ist wunderbar und man ist wirklich mitten in Cassis umgeben von Restaurants und Cafés. Die Ausstattung ist grundsätzlich ausreichend und die Größe für 2 Personen richtig, mit mehreren würde es auf Dauer eng werden. Negative: Das Apartment müsste renoviert werden. Die Türklinken fallen ab, die Türen schließen nicht richtig, eine neue Matratze und auch eine neue Schlafcouch würden den Schlaf verbessern. Die Klimaanlage ist nur im Wohnzimmer - im Schlafzimmer steht zwar ein Ventilator, aber es kann im August doch recht warm werden. Die Toilette ist wirklich sehr eng, das lässt sich allerdings baulich nicht ändern. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt so leider gar nicht.

Negative: Parking is problematic: you get a permit to park on the street for free, but this is not really useful if you arrive on the weekend or if your car is bigger than a Citroen C2. The manager required a separate deposit from us through the credit card which seemed a bit sketchy… It took more than two weeks after our stay but we got it back in the end.

Negative: Städning ingick, men det var väldigt smutsigt på golvet, blev kolsvarta om fötterna när vi gick barfota (på en informationslapp i lägenheten uppmanades man att inte gå med skor på inne…). Vi smsade kontaktpersonen som var väldigt otrevlig och svarade oss att städarna, en man och hans son, var väldigt professionella städare. Då det inte gick att bo i den smutsen tog vi fram dammsugaren och skulle städa själva, då såg vi att städarna hade dammsugit utan dammsugarpåse och en massa damm och smuts låg i dammsugaren. Det är ju inte speciellt professionellt att dammsuga utan dammsugarpåse. Vi dammsög hela lägenheten efter att vi gjort ren dammsugaren och satt i dammsugarpåse som låg på en hylla bredvid dammsugaren. Vi torkade dessutom av alla ytor och lister i lägenheten som var fulla av sot och damm. Det stod också ett askfat i fönstret som inte var tömt. Sängen var väldigt obekväm och så fort man rörde sig så gungande hela sängen varför man väcktes hela tiden.

Positive: Die Aussicht und die Lage Negative: Man muss pro Person noch 10 Euro extra bezahlen für Bettbezüge und Duschtücher. Wie haben für drei Personen gebucht, jedoch war das extra Bett bei unserer Ankunft nicht bezogen. Obwohl in der Buchungsbestätigung steht, dass wir drei Personen sind, sah die Concierge den Fehler nicht ein und wir mussten nochmal extra 10 Euro zahlen und das Bett selber beziehen. Die Bettbezüge hatten dazu noch Flecken. Ausserdem muss man bei der Ankunft ein Deposit von 300€ bezahlen, welches wir (eine Woche danach) noch nicht zurück bekommen haben. Man muss den Mühl selber entsorgen. Obwohl steht das es gratis Parkplätze hat, ist es unmöglich einen zu bekommen, da diese Parkplätze am Strassenrand stehen und immer voll sind. Wir mussten ins Parkhaus, welches jedoch sehr nahe gelegen ist.

Positive: Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage mit Sicht auf den Hafen. Einfach genial. Alles ist somit fussläufig erreichbar. Leider kann man nicht mit dem Auto vorfahren, da es autofreie Zone ist. Was weiter nicht schlimm ist, da es von der Straße oberhalb gut zu erreichen ist. Parken kann man dann überall an den Parkbuchten, man erhält eine Anwohnerkarte. Was einiges an Parkgebühren spart. Dü Ausstattung der Wohnung ist wirklich super, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden und auch nutzbar. Negative: Die Wohnung ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Eine generalüberholung wäre angemessen. Das WC ist für einen Erwachsenen nicht zumutbar. Einfach zu klein. Die Knie berühren die Tür im sitzen. Das Treppenhaus war sehr dreckig, die Wohnung selber jedoch sauber. Wer es etwas ruhiger mag, sollte die Lage überdenken. Freitag Abend war sehr lange Discomusik zu hören.

Une hote aspirante serait nécessaire, ce d'autant que la cuisine est ouverte sur la pièce principale. Positive: La situation près du port et la vue. L'aménagement de l'appartement. Negative: Les fenêtres de la baie vitrée ne sont pas du tout isolées et laissent passer des courants d'air qu'on ressent jusque dans l'entrée de l'appartement. ça n'isole donc pas du bruit. Pas possible de dormir au delà de 7H00 le matin compte tenu de l'activité des restaurants juste en dessous. Pas aimé non plus le fait de ne pas pouvoir faire une remise de clef au départ même si nous avons été prévenues un peu avant l'heure du départ.

Appartement idéalement situé face au port de Cassis et à 20 min du départ pour les calanques. La vue que propose le salon est magnifique. Dommage que l'entretien du logement ne soit pas complètement à la hauteur. La baie vitrée est vétuste et de simple vitrage, laissant le bruit du port pénétrer dans l'appartement. Détail important pour ceux qui dorment sur ke canapé du salon. Les toilettes minuscules sont par contre inaccessibles pour les personnes de grandes tailles, sauf en laissant la porte ouverte ! L'absence de place réservé proche de l'appartement s'avère aussi un vrai problème pour décharger et charger les bagages. Un badge de gratuité pour le séjour est malgré tout fourni pour stationner dans la ville. Bon courage pour trouver un emplacement l'été ! Mais pour le reste, rien à redire. La beauté de l'emplacement et l'accueil était parfait.

This was in an excellent location and the view is just incredible - words don’t do it justice. The apartment itself was clean and tidy. The air conditioning was amazing to have, although it would’ve been nice if that extended to the bedroom (even with the fan it was a bit hot in there). As others have said it was a little odd to have to pay 60 euro in cash upon arrival but it was worth it. Communication was good although it was via text message instead of through the Airbnb app which I’ve never experienced before. We were a little bummed that we were told they would try to accommodate early check-in but then they weren’t able to grant us check-in until almost an hour and a half after regular check-in time. Not that big of a deal as we had lunch at the port and walked around and explored while we waited. Overall this was a lovely stay and a peaceful place for my husband and me to end our two week honeymoon through France.

Emplacement idéal et magnifique vue sur le port. Le logement est équipé de ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner et laver son linge. Nous avons apprécié la communication et la relative flexibilité pour le moment du check out. Nous avons cependant regretté la pratique de « location de linge de maison », peu commerciale à notre goût, même si nous réservions en connaissance de cause. De même pour les frais des ménage à régler sur place, 40 euros en supplément : la propreté des lieux n’était à notre avis pas à la hauteur.

Un lieu idéal mais bruyant. L’emplacement est vraiment parfait ainsi que l’accueil. En revanche, l’appartement est un peu vieillissant surtout la baie vitrée qui laisse passer le bruit. Le lit en 140 n’est pas des plus agréables quant aux toilettes, il ne faut pas être trop grand sinon vous ne pouvez pas fermer la porte. Bien dommage car nous avons vraiment apprécié la communication avec l’hôte ainsi que l’accueil.

Séjour de 4 nuits en février, 4 personnes dont 2 ados : c'était très bien, le camp de base parfait pour à la fois profiter activement de la région, et se ressourcer et profiter du spectacle de début/fin de journée avec cette vue incroyable sur le port et les falaises depuis le salon. Dans le détail : - accueil chaleureux à notre arrivée, avec toutes les informations nécessaires et le badge nécessaire au stationnement (ça ne résout pas le problème de trouver une place, mais au moins c'est gratuit) - appartement assez spacieux et rénové avec gout, très agréable malgré la cuisine assez petite, les toilettes exiguës et la salle de bain minimaliste mais ce n'est pas là qu'on passe le plus de temps (normalement) donc on apprécie le grand séjour ultra-lumineux, la chambre très correcte, les dégagements et rangements pour tout le matériel. - peu de bruit en février malgré la situation sur le port - équipement (vaisselle, ustensile, appareils ..) fonctionnel, le nécessaire de dépannage étant disponible à notre arrivé. En bref, ravi du séjour.

The location of this apartment is absolutely fantastic! Right on the harbour and offering unbeatable views on a warm day with the sliding windows wide open. Be prepared for loads of admiring looks from passers-by as you sit in the window with your drink of choice. There are a few issues away from the location and view - oddly, guests are required to pay a cleaning fee of €40 in cash on arrival. This seems excessive for a compact one bedroom apartment, especially when guests are instructed to pretty much leave the apartment in the same state as at check in. Then there is the weird “option” to hire bedding and towels for €20 per week, again payable in cash. Finding a parking space in Cassis is challenging and it is great to have a parking permit included in the price. Eva’s communication was exceptional and her welcome was very much appreciated.

The view alone is worth it. Great location, cute decor and easy access to everything. It felt amazing to wake up and have a coffee at the kitchen table with the sunshine streaming into room. Eva our greeter was lovely. Owner clearly has a lot of locations and runs this as a business. Paying extra for bedsheets and towels, 7:30pm check ins have a late fee, and paying cash for cleaning aren’t requirements I have ever experienced at other Airbnb’s so at times it felt more transactional than usual. That being said, I had a great deal on my stay and overall, a great experience. Would stay again.

The place is perfectly located, with a magnificent view over the port. Right on the water (feet in the water) and 1 second away from the city center. However, the place is not well kept: quite run down. Few things are broken, finishings are not good quality, appliances and furniture are poor quality. Mostly, the place is run by a "conciergerie": it feels quite cold, they run over 30 apartments, and you do not feel like an Airbnb's local experience. The parking system does not work: they give you a card to park in the neighbourhood. But it's sooooo difficult to find parking, you spend your day finding a parking and you end up putting the car in paying parking. The price you see it's not the final one: there are many overhead "hidden" costs: bed sheets, cleaning fees, towels, parking, etc. Read everything carefully.

A special place with an amazing view
The place is wonderful. It has a huge window that opens to allow you to feel a part of the outside as you sit and watch the harbor. The size is perfect and the room is quiet and comfortable. It is just a few meters away from the restaurants and shopping. The kitchen is great — we cooked several meals while we were there.

Spent 5 days in Cassis. The location of the apartment was amazing. Well equipped and a great base for exploring the area. And when the weather was chilly we loved simply sitting in the apartment and watching the world go by.

Logement sympathique pour un court séjour, vue imprenable.
Séjour de 4 nuits en février, 4 personnes dont 2 ados : c'était très bien, le camp de base parfait pour à la fois profiter activement de la région, et se ressourcer et profiter du spectacle de début/fin de journée avec cette vue incroyable sur le port et les falaises depuis le salon. Dans le détail : - accueil chaleureux à notre arrivée, avec toutes les informations nécessaires et le badge nécessaire au stationnement (ça ne résout pas le problème de trouver une place, mais au moins c'est gratuit) - appartement assez spacieux et rénové avec gout, très agréable malgré la cuisine assez petite, les toilettes exiguës et la salle de bain minimaliste mais ce n'est pas là qu'on passe le plus de temps (normalement) donc on apprécie le grand séjour ultra-lumineux, la chambre très correcte, les dégagements et rangements pour tout le matériel. - peu de bruit en février malgré la situation sur le port - équipement (vaisselle, ustensile, appareils ..) fonctionnel, le nécessaire de dépannage étant disponible à notre arrivé. En bref, ravi du séjour.

Un emplacement exceptionnel face au port de Cassis et du Cap Canaille avec une vue imprenable sur le lever et le coucher du soleil : c'est l'atout majeur de cet appartement. Très calme, l'appartement est confortable et bien agencé. Un séjour reposant et revigorant !

nicely located and stunning view
The apartment is very well located (especially in winter, it is nice to be in the centre of the quite december town) and the view from the living room is stunning. We enjoyed staying there and would recommend it. Just be prepared that the flat is rather cold if you visit in the winter, especially if no one has rented it before you. It takes quite a while to get the temperature to an okay level. So bring warm socks and woolen sweaters with you.

Très belle vue et appartement agréable.
Très bon accueil et flexibilité quant aux horaires. En cas de couchage sur le clic clac dans la pièce à vivre (par ailleurs confortable), il y a quand même le bruit du port dès 6h le matin pour les livraisons des bars et restaurants. Avec le confinement dès 21h, nous n’avons pas été gênés par le bruit le soir. Les couverts seraient à renouveler. Très bon séjour.

Mais apparrement vétuste : rénovation bricolage et matériaux bas de gamme, l’entretien est passable : douche, chasse, éclairage salle de bain défectueux et ménage vraiment limite : couche de poussiere sur tous les elements horizontaux et franchement sâle dans la cuisine : placards et vaisselle.

La vue sur le port est spectaculaire et l'emplacement parfait pour découvrir les calanques à pied et se balader dans la ville. Une excellente adresse et un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cet appartement! L’emplacement est idéal , avec une vue magnifique, exposition soleil presque toute la journée. Nous étions hors vacances scolaire en hiver et avec le covid la place était très calme, mais il y a beaucoup de petit restaurant autour donc l’été et en période « normal » cet endroit doit être beaucoup plus vivant. Je recommande sans hésiter cet appartement

Appartement spartiate en terme de confort : literie chambre pas au niveau, isolation des fenêtres et plancher précaire, équipement correct mais petite qualité. Dommage Dernier point, pour se garer, même en hiver très très difficile, j'imagine même pas l'été !!! Cela rend du coup la mobilité réduite
