A representative was waiting for us to hand over the key and communication was good throughout our stay. Beds very comfortable and plenty of space in man bedroom. A little cramped and insufficient space for clothing in smaller room. Very nice to have access to an outdoor balcony with table and chairs. Netflix available on TV but sofa not comfortable for long term viewing.

   Cette location est très bien placée et permet de passer une séjour simple avec ses enfants. L’équipement est minimaliste et le confort est spartiate. Je recommande pour les couples qui ne passeront pas beaucoup de temps dans l’appartement. Mais si vous cherchez à « profiter » de l’appartement ce n’est pas possible. Les photos sont « vendeuses » ça a l’air joli mais l’équipement général est vraiment fait à l’économie et ça impacte négativement le confort et le plaisir du séjour

   Positive: L'appartement est très bien situé, à deux pas du port et du centre ville. Il est assez spacieux et plutôt bien équipé. Negative: L'indicateur chaud/froid du mitigeur de la douche est inversé. Du coup, mon fils de 9 ans s'est ébouillanté en pensant allumer l'eau froide. Il faut relancer la TV en permanence, environ toutes les heures. C'est ennuyeux quand vous regardez un film ou un match, même si on ne va pas à Cassis pour regarder la TV ;). Il y avait 2 verres félés dans le tiroir à vaisselle.

    Logement impeccablement propre et très bien situé (à 3 min à pied du port). La literie est bonne. Cependant petit bémol sur le confort du clic-clac qui sert de canapé et de lit d’appoint (matelas très peu épais) et sur les chaises qui sont inconfortables (nous avons pris les chaises de la terrasse). La salle de bain était impeccable et la douche est très grande ! Nous conseillons ce logement qui reste un bon logement en terme de qualité/prix.

    Positive: -great location, 5 min from beach and harbour, 5min from bus stop to the railway station -everything is in place to cook dinner, tv with netflix, sofa, separate bedroom for children -we needed more towels and were brought an extra set during our stay -in general communication with owner/responsible is good, if info is needed, you get quick reply to text messages Negative: -the aircon in the livingroom made a funny noise, every 2 minutes, so it had to be turned off during the night which resulted in hot bedrooms, this needs to be fixed -on the groundfloor there is a restaurant, when it closes down at 11pm the owner cleans the place for about an hour or less with loud music, which could be heard in the children’s room

    Clean and spacious apartment in ideal location. Only steps from the port, easy to walk anywhere within the town and to the beaches and nearby attractions. The most challenging component of our stay was parking - the host provided a parking pass, which was crucial. Even so, if you arrive during a busy time of day/season then you may have to circle for a while to find an available spot. Would recommend leaving your car for the entire trip once parked since spots are that hard to come by. Otherwise we absolutely loved the property and location and would stay here again!

    Der Check-In war mühsam, mehrere SMS gingen hin und her und am Schluss warteten wir ca 20 min vor der Wohnung. Der Balkon wird immer als sehr gut beschrieben, mich hat es nicht angemacht, zwischen Betonwänden zu sitzen. Die Wohnung war sauber und top gelegen. Der Parkplatz in der Nähe ist super, wenn man einen findet, leider ist dieser nicht immer garantiert. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, das Bett super bequem, im Grossen und Ganzen ist die Wohnung sehr gut.

    Positive: L emplacement est idéal, tout est accessible à pied. le marché ainsi que tous les commerces sont juste en bas l immeuble. L appartement est top pour deux parents et 2 enfants max et il est bien propre. Negative: Il est compliqué de se garer, les parkings sont pris d assauts. Concernant l appartement, les 2 seuls bémols sont la Tv ,très peu de chaînes disponibles sur la tnt et le canapé n' est pas confortable du tout.

Un peu déçu par la propreté du logement : freezer non nettoyé, le sol de l’appartement aurait pu être plus propre (surtout avec un bébé en bas âge souvent au sol), sur le balcon (table et chaises de jardin non nettoyé). Petit plus pour la carte de parking. Bonne réactivité de l’hôte car réservation très rapide. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour !

    Cassis ist ein wunderschöner Ort und Dodo ist sehr gut gelegen. Gleich nebenan sind 2 Supermärkte und die Apotheke, Banken und ein Park. Der Wochenmarkt ist 50m entfernt, der Strand 200m- alles ist wunderbar fußläufig erreichbar, sogar mit Kind. Das Apartment sieht aus wie auf den Fotos. Die Stockbetten waren Kinderbetten und das Zimmer sehr klein- wir waren 3 Erwachsene und ein Baby- für uns daher wenig geeignet. Die Couch ist nur mässig geeignet als Schlafsofa, auch weil sie sehr laut knarzt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, man kann problemlos kochen, alle Geräte vorhanden. Das Haus ist extrem hellhörig, man hört die Nachbarn durch die Wand sprechen und versteht jedes Wort. Leider war während unserem Aufenthalt eine Baustelle im Haus, was uns nicht kommuniziert wurde. Die Dusche war auch kaputt, was ebenfalls nicht erwähnt wurde obwohl es den Vermietern bekannt war. Es wurde jedoch schnell reagiert und das Problem behoben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut.

    Positive: - Sehr zentrale Lage - ruhige Wohnung - geschmackvoll eingerichtet - Küche sehr gut ausgestattet - alles neu Negative: - Leider war die angegebene Heizung, keine wirkliche Heizung sondern nur eine Klimaanlage. Es war sehr schwer, die Wohnung warm zu bekommen und im kleinen Zimmer sowie Bad war es eigentlich immer kalt. Eher für den Sommer als für den Winter geeignet. - Wenig Handtücher für 5 Tage vorhanden und diese auch sehr dünn – vor allem weil man für Bettwäsche und Handtücher extra bezahlt - Abzug im Bad läuft permanent und ist sehr laut im Zimmer nebenan hörbar - Sofa nicht geeignet für ältere Menschen, zudem wenig Platz darauf, wenn man zB zu 3. oder zu 4. ist, keine Sessel oder ähnliches - Blick von Terrasse nicht so schön wie auf den Bildern, man schaut auf Garagen - Fernseher hatte keine Programme eingestellt

    The apartment was nice and close to the beach. It wasn't as premium as the photos show - nothing overly wrong with it - but expect Ikea fit out. You have to pay extra for linen and towels and a cleaning fee which pushes the price up a little. We weren't told before we arrived so paid €30 for 1 day parking then couldn't get it refunded, but very handily (and cost-saving) you do get a parking pass for the area, so only pop 1 hour in the parking so you can pick up your pass from the airbnb host.

     Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Stimmung und Optik ist so, wie auf den Fotos dargestellt, man erlebt also keine negative Überraschung. Die Einrichtung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es ist viel Holz "verbaut", was der Wohnung eine gewisse Wärme gibt. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend großzügig geschnitten, die Dusche ist auch angenehm groß und auch die Küche verführt zum Kochen. Frühstücken kann man wunderbar in der Sonne am Balkon. Die Wohnung liegt perfekt - direkt in der Nähe von Markt, Meer und Supermarkt und trotzdem absolut ruhig. Parken war gratis am Parkplatz der Post gegenüber möglich. Wir können die Wohnung daher insgesamt sehr empfehlen. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Verantwortlichen war sehr einfach. Nachteile der Wohnung waren für uns, das bei der Buchung bei Airbnb für uns nicht ohne weiteres erkennbar war, dass eine Kaution verlangt wird, eine Reinigungsgebühr von 50€ erhoben wird und die Anreise nach 19 Uhr stundenweise gestaffelt immer teurer wird und auch Bettwäsche und Handtücher extra kosten. So haben wir nochmal 100€ extra bezahlt. Der Gesamtbetrag war für Lage und Ort immer noch OK -aber eben überraschend. Wer auf der Couch schlafen möchte, wird hart schlafen.

     Nous avons beaucoup aimé nos vacances dans le logement de Dodo à Cassis. L’appartement est très bien situé en plein centre, nous n’avons pas pris la voiture pendant tout le séjour. Il est très agréable, bien décoré et fonctionnel. Attention cependant : pas de machine à laver linge (avec des bébés ça peut être compliqué), et pour la place de parking il faut un peu de patience pour en trouver une !

     Le logement était vraiment très propre, lumineux et spacieux. Il est parfaitement situé, une fois la voiture garée gratuitement (grâce au badge laissé par l'Hôte), tout était très facile d'accès à pied. La climatisation a été très appréciée durant le séjour. Petit bémol pour connexion Internet (donc Netflix) qui n'était pas bonne. Je recommande toutefois vivement ce logement !

     Nous avons apprécié la réactivité et les informations fournis pour faciliter le séjour. L’appart est conforme aux photos. Très propre, parfaitement situé. Nous y avons passé un bon séjour Avec nos 2 petites filles qui étaient ravies de voir des moutons et ses chats se balader sur la colline en face. Le parc de jeux se situe de l’autre côté de la rue. 2 petits points d’amélioration: Dommage que dans un appartement si bien équipé il n’y ait pas de lave linge. Sinon une laverie est dispo à 5 minutes. Canapé: bruyant et peu confortable en assise (nous y étions pendant les restrictions gouvernementales avec couvre-feu donc plus utilisé qu’en temps normal où nous serions allez plus souvent au restaurant).

     L'appartement est très bien situé et bien aménagé. Les personnes gérant la location se sont montrés très disponibles et réactives. A l'exception de la qualité des matelas simples, il s’agit d'un cocon confortable. Pour autant, nous estimons que le prix reste élevé par rapport aux prestations, notamment pour la literie sachant qu'on nous précise qu'à la moindre tâche les draps nous sont en plus facturé... (vraiment?!)
