We had a wonderful stay. A little bit of a walk to and from town, but not crazy. Having a place to park was a big benefit. The balcony and big glass windows were lovely! My only complaint/confusion. We had to pay a bit extra (10 euros) for sheets for one of the bunk beds. There should be an assumption that every bed would be used or that extra cost should be listed in the listing.

Très bel appartement, bien équipé, agencé et décoré. Le paysage depuis la terrasse juste exceptionnel. Très calme et résidentiel, le port et la ville de Cassis accessible à pied. Des activités sympas à proximité, le train touristique, les 8 calanques en bateau magnifiques, le port animé avec de nombreux restaurants, les plages, la vielle ville pittoresque et le bus ou TER pour Marseille en 1h. A recommander!

This is close to ideal as a place to stay in Cassis. The apartment is in a gated community, and is large, bright and airy. The apartment is very quiet. There are two parking spaces. The description matches well the apartment. The best part is the large, well furnished patio on which you can eat and relax while looking at the Mediterranean. The managers are easy to communicate with, and respond quickly to messages. The location is ideal, about 10-15 min walk to the centre of Cassis, with many restaurants, and about 40-50 min walk to the Calanques. There are 4 smallish beaches nearby. You do need a car to fully appreciate the area. I would definitely stay here again.

We could see the lush garden and the mesmerizing sea view from our balcony. The location was great, just a short walk to the harbor area of Cassis. Excellent séjour à Cassis dans ce bel appartement qui bénéficie d'un emplacement et d'un cadre exceptionnel !! Le centre-ville est rapidement accessible à pied et le parking réservé dans la résidence est un réel plus à Cassis! L'appartement est spacieux, confortable, très bien équipé, décoré avec goût, le grand balcon avec une vue splendide est très appréciable ! S'il fallait dire un petit bémol ça serait le WiFi qui n'est pas optimal alors que le réseau mobile n'est pas top non plus. La conciergerie a été très aimable et efficace, très réactive et arrangeante. On s'est senti très bien accueilli et comme à la maison!

Positive: Very comfortable, spacious flat with a huge terrace, breathtaking view and very comfortable beds. Negative: the wifi was extremely weak and almost never working not even to access emails. I had to use mobile date most of the time (no router in the flat assumed it is shared with another property). given the price it would have been nice to have some basics like olive oil, pepper, towels and sheets - especially for a short term stay.

Great and safe 2 spot parking - we had only one car but you can come with up to 2 cars. Negative: There was no AC - was pretty hot - and made it difficult to use the kids’ bedroom as it had no window. However, the staff brought us 2 fans. There are 2 bathrooms in the apartment and two showers but only one toilet.

Positive: La vue de la terrasse de l'appartement Negative: Pas de climatisation dans l'appartement. La chaleur y était insupportable. Les ventilateurs fournis sont inefficaces. Même pas une bouteille d'eau fraiche dans le frigo à l'arrivée, aucune attention pour le client, rien pour l'accueil. L'appartement doit rester dans la pénombre la journée (dommage pour la superbe vue) et des courants d'air jusque tard le soir arrivent à le rafraichir. La 3ème chambre n'est pas une vraie chambre mais un espace avec lits superposés et une fenêtre de toit (nous avons trouvé, au moment de partir, une manivelle sous le lit qui permet de l'ouvrir), cet espace est très chaud. Absolument rien n'est fourni, tout doit être amené. Il faut aussi amener les produits de nettoyage des toilettes. Vu le prix de la location c'est assez décevant (nous avons dû commencer le séjour au magasin le plus proche pour pallier à ces manques). Les plages à proximité (Arène et Corton) sont difficiles d'accès, escalier vertigineux avec des amoncèlements de gros galets pour l'une (dangereux), l'autre est petite et bondée au bout d'un parking, les deux sont non surveillées et inadaptées pour les jeunes enfants. Le quartier n'est pas desservi par les navettes, il faut donc rejoindre le centre à pied à 1 km pour accéder à la jolie plage de la Grande Mère ou rejoindre en voiture celle de Bestouan (la circulation en ville n'est pas aisée). En résumé, bel appartement mais les prestations médiocres le desservent, dommage !

Please note that the apartment is in a secure gated complex called Le Grande Large which is great but you need a key to get in and out and was confusing to find on our first night in the dark. I’m not too sure that the beds are queen beds but other than that it was absolutely perfect - we loved it!

This apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were 4 friends and it was spacious, clean and convenient. It's located close to Cassis town centre and the beach. We would recommend this property. The caretakers were really easy to communicate with too. Great weekend!

Great location and great space for a family. Was not stocked well with toilet paper and garbage bags and could do with air conditioning. Was very hot in the evenings and the fans were not quite enough to cool the kids. Location was so perfect, walking distance to everything. Park the car and forget about it. Great check in and check out process.
