Très bon séjour en famille avec deux ados dans ce logement idéalement situé (plein plein centre et à 50 mètres de la plage et du marché /port) et magnifiquement décoré et équipé. Le wifi marche très bien et il y a un bureau dans la grande chambre. A noter pas de lave-linge mais il y a une laverie à proximité. Et la 3eme chambre est sans fenêtre. Les travaux à l’hôtel Liautaud s’arrêtent au printemps 24, (bruit dans le salon le matin et vue fenêtre non conforme aux photos) - on a payé 100 euros la semaine au parking des mimosas car quartier sans parking et plus de badge gratuit en 24. (Sur place aucun besoin de voiture c’est pour visiter les environs)

Logement parfait. Ultra central (a 20 mètres du port) et très calme (les fenêtres donnent sur la cour). Spacieux. Jolie déco et aussi (c'est rare) jolie vaisselle, matériaux (couettes, draps etc) de qualité. A noter: l'une des 3 chambres est un peu exigue que les autres, elle est au milieu de l'appartement, avec une fenêtre intérieure qui donne sur le salon (pas de fenêtre vers l'extérieur), cependant ce n'est pas gênant car elle est bien isolée.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amies dans cet appartement. Sa localisation idéale nous a permis d’accéder à tous les centres d’intérêt de Cassis avec une grande facilité. En effet, une plage avec location de kayaks et de paddles se situent à seulement 2mn à pied de l’appartement en traversant la place, et les départs des GR pour visiter les calanques sont à seulement 5-10mn à pied. Nous avons également pu arriver et nous rendre à la gare sans problème par un bus s’arrêtant à 5mn de la maison. Beaucoup d’animation en bas de l’appartement (bars, restaurants de la marina notamment), ce qui est très agréable et ne dérange pas du tout la tranquilité de l’appartement qui est très bien insonorisé. Appartement très fonctionnel, très confortable et cuisine très bien équipée. Il est d’ailleurs décoré avec goût ce qui est mine de rien très agréable! Eva, notre hôte, s’est montrée très sympa et réactive, et son assistance a été précieuse. Nous recommandons à 100% ce logement !

Positive: The flat was in a perfect location - central to all. Spacious and bright. Negative: Could have been equipped a bit better - such as providing bin bags. The shower needs to be unblocked properly. You can't run the water at high pressure for too long because it floods the bathroom.

Positive: Centrally located with all the amenities and beaches at your doorstep, being one floor up it was also nicely removed so you could enjoy the hustle and bustle with the windows open, close the windows and you would hardly believe how quiet the flat becomes. You need to specify if you want bed sheets - take the option because they're lovely! We had a minor prob when we arrived - it was actioned quickly and with no impact to our day. Really cannot complain. Lovely flat in a lovely town. Negative: Parking is a problem in the area as a whole. You get free parking permit with the rental for street parking or in the parking place v close by. The problem is everyone wants to park there too so you really will have to be patient, lucky and prepared. We had to wait and stalk until we got our parking spot. Once we had it we left the car there for the duration of the stay because you can walk most places or get a boat!

We very much enjoyed our stay here and would recommend the apartment
Positive: Excellent location overlooking a quiet square, very close to town centre, beach, and small park. Apartment very suitable and safe for a small child, and cot, high chair and baby bath provided. Easy access to shops and the twice weekly market. A disc for free parking in town is provided and we managed to find parking close to the apartment every day though I imagine in peak season this might be difficult. Negative: Communication with the property agency was difficult before we arrived - no or very slow response to emails, and also on the day of arrival - there was no-one to meet us to let us in as agreed beforehand - after a long wait we began to think the booking was a scam - but after sending various messages we finally got a response and someone came to meet us straight away. Although the apartment was generally very clean, the microwave obviously hadn't been checked - it was in a dreadful state with a burnt, melted plate and the inside covered in a thick carbon deposit. Not usable for our stay.

The apartment is fabulously centrally located in Cassis very near the beach and right in the centre of town, super easy to get to everything. Parking was a nightmare and I recommend you use the out of town parking and get the shuttle bus into town or leave your car at home (we got towed). Cassis is everything it is cracked up to be and more; a stunningly quaint and French seaside town soaked in sunshine and heat; beautiful people and a huge range of restaurants and things to do; we kayaked the Calanques, swam in the sea and enjoyed a family wedding. The apartment is well equipped with 3 double bedrooms and a lovely bathroom and kitchen. The sitting room is a comfortable place to relax and read a book or watch the world go by. We were a little surprised to have to pay for a late check in and also for linen but understand that this is typically français. Great spot for a short break Merci ! x

Je vous passe l’intérêt de Cassis et de la région. Un seul point d’attention : le mistral peut limiter les sorties en bateau, l’exploration des calanques et chose surprenante l’eau devient très froide. 15 degrés pour le 15 juillet ! Digne de la mer du nord ! Excellent appartement que nous conseillons vivement - vraiment à proximité du port (200 m littéralement) et de la plage (400 m) - au centre de toute l’animation du centre ville, mais bonne isolation sonore, toutes les fenêtres ont été refaites à neuf récemment - toutes commodités à moins de 200 m : supérette, pharmacie, boulangerie, banque - appartement en parfait état, très fidèle aux photos - tres bien entretenu et chose très agréable il nous a été remis avec tout ce qu’il faut pour démarrer notre séjour : cuisine équipée avec quelques courses pour démarrer, tout ce qu’il faut pour faire le premier petit dej, faire la vaisselle et le ménage si besoin, - Clim fonctionnelle ce qui est important si on veut fermer les fenêtres - accueil précis et ponctuel de Dodo à Cassis - l’appart dispose aussi d’un pass pour se garer dans la ville. Important. Si on veut pinailler :-) : il manquerait un lave linge, mais laverie à 3 mns à pied. Appartement au 1er étage, sans ascenseur mais sincèrement cela ne nous a pas du tout dérangé Nous recommandons très chaudement

The apartment in Cassis managed by Dodo a Cassis was perfect for our family of four. We loved the location being so close to the restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The management was very responsive to all of our questions. The main challenge was finding a place to park. You had to park quite far away and walk but the location was worth it.

A very enjoyable stay
The apartment is in a very good location overlooking a quiet square and very close to the town centre, harbour, beach and the twice weekly market. It is well equipped, spacious and child friendly and a travel cot, high chair and baby bath is provided. The wifi is excellent. We travelled here from the UK by train and bus which worked out well, but meant we had to hire sheets and towels which was rather expensive, and the toiletries provided consisted of just hand soap. That aside, I would highly recommend the apartment

Super logement rénové avec goût et très bien insonorisé (chose importante au vu de de l'emplacement). Super équipement... qualité et originalité. Très belle situation à 20m du port et 100m de la plage.
