    Un excellent séjour hors-saison à Cassis. L’appartement est idéalement situé, dans une résidence au calme et tout peut se faire à pied. La vue est magnifique et le logement est hyper fonctionnel. Les calanques ne sont pas loin. Le port est accessible en cinq minutes à pied. L’accueil était tout à fait cordial et les explications précises tant pour l’arrivée / départ que pour les recommandations. Quant au rapport qualité-prix, il paraît imbattable. On vous dit à bientôt :)

    We spent an enjoyable week here exploring Cassis and hiking and climbing in the Calanques. The location was great for us: very close to a larger grocery store, a few minutes to several bus stops (one we took directly to Marseilles for the day), and about a 30 minute walk through town to the start of the Calanques. We did some great hikes and were able to access some fun rock climbing nearby. The town center is a 5 minute walk away, a nice swimming beach about a 15 minute walk. The apartment was very spacious with beautiful views and a comfy bed. Bathtub was a plus. Host was responsive. Well equipped kitchen for cooking. Some furniture could use a little refresh, but overall we had a really nice stay here.

    Each and all of our family members loved the place! Although on the fourth floor and so only suitable for agile people, our family loved it because it gave us exercise and an awesome view. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped -- decent cookware (unlike most Airbnb places), many useful appliances, two sets of dishes and utensils and countless glasses! The place was more spacious than expected -- large closet space, balcony, and an additional section of the living room that made for a lovely meditation/work space. I liked that the kitchen counter was perfect as standing work desk. The art and decoration was unique and enjoyable. Washer and dishwasher both worked well! The host was kind. We would love to come back!

    Positive: Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, es war perfekt für einen Urlaub mit 5 Freunden. Der Ausblick war wirklich atemberaubend und die Lage top. In 4 Minuten ist man am Hafen, aber trotzdem ist man weit genug entfernt vom Trubel. Der nächste Supermarkt ist auch innerhalb von 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Negative: Es hätte bei der Anreise ein bisschen sauberer sein können, v.a. der Boden und die Oberflächen.

  47. Stay away! 5th floor with no lift, dirty place and a terrible service!

    Positive: it was terrible! We travel a lot all over the world and this is the first time in our life we’ve left the property as soon as we’ve found an alternative. it almost trashed our holiday all together. We were lucky to be able to find an alternative! Negative: Where do I even start?! the apartment is located in a social housing building, located on the 5th floor without the lift which of course is only visible in the small blueprint and when you specifically search for it at the property description. the apartment was dirty. cushions on the sofa soiled, it had an awful smoky smell to it even though they’ve clames it’s a non-smoking property. it didn’t have soap, shower gel nor any amenities whatsoever and there was a single role of toilet paper in the bathroom. When we’ve asked for more, lady host said she’s not able to provide any and we are supposed to go to the supermarket and get it ourselves together with all toiletries! 0 customer service! Bed sheets were of a very poor quality. Entrance door super sticky and dirty and the smell in the building corridor was unbearable. not to mention 5 flights of stairs!!! if you wanted to train for an iron-man, this would have been perfect. we couldn’t leave soon enough and since the property had no refund policy at all, ended up with no refund for a terrible service and even worst apartment. stay away from this place!

Was die Sauberkeit betrifft, Toilette war nicht ganz sauber, Trinkgläser im Küchenschrank waren nicht sauber und das Sieb von der Spülmaschine verdreckt. Das war sehr schade, man fragt sich dann auch, ob die Bettücher frisch waren, sahen knitterig aus….

    Positive: Gute Lage ca. 300 - 500 m vom Hafen entfernt. Privater Parkplatz war vorhanden ohne weitere Kosten. Die Wohnung ist in der 4. Etage. Toller Ausblick. Negative: Die Wohnung ist in der 4. Etage. Ein Fahrstuhl war nicht vorhanden. Dies wurde auch so beschrieben. Bei Temperaturen um die 33 Grad wäre eine Klimaanlage sehr sinnvoll. Es war sehr warm unter dem Dach.

    Positive: Die Wohnung ist sehr gut konzipiert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die drei bodentiefen Fenster garantierten Licht und einen grandiosen Blick auf die Bucht, das Meer, das Cap Canaille, an den Feiertagen war die Burg beleuchtet, was sehr hübsch aussah. Der Ort Cassis mit Bäcker, Traiteur, Lebensmitteln und vielen Restaurants war in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung eignet sich hervorragend als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in den Calanques. Negative: Die Beleuchtung war zum Lesen eher nicht geeignet. Die Kopfkissen im Bett waren nicht bequem.

    Lors de notre séjour à Cassis, nous avons passé une semaine au top dans cet appartement dont le gros plus est la vue exceptionnelle sur le château de Cassis et les toits de la vieille ville. Il est impeccable, confortable, agréable, bien équipé, décoré dans un style simple et bohème. L'environnement est calme. Son emplacement est parfait, il permet de rejoindre le port en 5', le Super U en 5' et globalement l'essentiel peut se faire à pieds ou en bus (Calanques, plages, GR...) ! Nous aurions aimé avoir un petit fond d'épicerie et d'entretien en arrivant. La conciergerie s'est montrée sympathique et disponible.

    Avec un couple d’amis, nous avons séjourné plusieurs jours dans ce très chouette appartement, idéalement situé dans un quartier très calé un peu sur les hauteurs mais à quelques minutes du port, il est très agréable à vivre. Bien équipé et joliment décoré, nous l’avons beaucoup apprécié.
