   Positive: L’emplacement est exceptionnel et la vue depuis le roof top spectaculaire. l’appartement est très bien équipé. Check in/out rapide,efficace et accueillant. Negative: Tenir compte de quelques nuisances sonores au vue de l’emplacement. Les matelas sont très fermes. Les wc du bas sont tout petit, pas fonctionnels. La place de parc est petite, mais un garage public sécurisé est à 5min à pied.

   Die Wohnung ist super und gehört zu den besten, die wir hatten. Sie ist sehr gut eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch die Dachterrasse mit der zusätzlichen kleinen Küche. Die Lage könnte besser nicht sein, ist dadurch natürlich nicht ganz so ruhig. Aber es sind nur wenige Meter zu den Restaurants und Geschäften. Wir kommen gern wieder.

It was clean and very comfortable and the host was responsive and helpful. Cassis is a dream. We didn't want to leave!

    All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially our vantage point for assumption of Mary!

    Positive: Kind gesture of champagne. Beautiful location. Spacious, clean and well appointed. Negative: Having to pay for towels and linen. The beds were not overly comfortable. Not enough toilet paper or laundry liquid for a party of six for four nights, given the expensive cost.

    Positive: Die Terrasse und die Lage mit unvergleichbaren Blick auf den Hafen Negative: Die Parkgarage ist für Autos mit maximal Golf- Größe geeignet, größere Autos passen nicht und es kümmert sich auch keiner um eine Alternative!!! Es gibt nur 1 Handtuch pro Person für den ganzen Aufenthalt (Duschen, Strand,….) Der Müll muss in öffentlichen Tonnen entsorgt werden …

    We had a lovely stay in Cassis at this apartment! The view from the balcony and the windows was perfection! There were 4 of us so plenty of room to sleep and spread our comfortably! No air conditioning on a hot week in June but with the windows open the breeze was nice from the sea and there were plenty of fans to sleep with. Was a bit noisy sleeping with the windows open as the scuba tour took off from our alley with the tour groups wheeling their scuba gear down the cobblestone alley. But we just closed the windows in the morning. The apartment felt very safe! We stayed with our children and felt very comfortable. So easy to walk everywhere in town and to the different restaurants and beaches! We recommend the beach furthest to the right of town! We will be back!!

    L'appartement est grand, réparti sur deux étages et la terrasse est magnifique pour regarder l'activité du port et profiter du petit déjeuner et de l'apéro. Tout est parfaitement accessible à pied et le garage privé pour la voiture est un cadeau dans les ruelles étroites avec peu de possibilités de stationnement. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

    Das perfekte Paradies in Cassis! Absolut zentral gelegen, dennoch mit genügend Diskretion und ruhig in der Nacht! Die Wohnung ist ein Traum und die Terrasse der perfekte Ort, um sich zu entspannen oder dem Treiben rund um den Hafen zuzusehen. Die vielfältigen Stimmungen, von früh morgens bis abends, können von diesem Ort aus wunderbar erlebt werden! Die Wohnung ist grosszügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort zuhause! Wirklich nur zu empfehlen!

    Die Aussicht von der Terrasse war es wert und macht den Aufenthalt aus

    Positive: Uns hat wie den meisten wahrscheinlich, die schöne Terrasse mit dem super Ausblick auf den Hafen am besten gefallen. Dort hat es auch eine kleine zweite Küchenzeile, damit man nicht immer alles in den 2. Stock hin und her tragen muss - ist sehr praktisch. 2-stöckige Wohung fanden wir auch gut und die 2 Badezimmer. Mit den Instruktions- Mails zur Schlüsselübergabe hat alles gut geklappt und war klar beschrieben. Negative: Ein grosser Minuspunkt war die Garage, die man im Preis bereits mit eingeschlossen hatte und für uns nebst der Aussicht von der Terrasse aus auf Cassis ein Buchungsgrund waren. Die Garage ist dermassen klein, dass man nur mit einem Kleinwagen rein kommt (auch ein mittelgrosses Auto findet da keinen Platz) und schon gar kein Van wie wir ihn haben. Dies sollte unbedingt auf der Website klar mit drauf stehen um Ärgernisse wie wir sie dann leider hatten zu vermeiden. Wir mussten in einer externen Garage unser Auto lassen und für 4 Tage nochals über EUR 200 bezahlen. Für Allergiker ist es wichtig zu wissen, dass eine Art Stroh/Bastmatte in einem Grossteil der Wohnung als Boden eingelegt wurde. Da wir einige Allergiker in der Familie haben, war der Geruch einerseits unangenehm und reizend und löste heftige Allergien aus. Aus diesem Grund konnten wir nicht in der Wohnung im Innenraum schlafen und sind auf die Terrasse ausgewichen. Zum Glück war es sehr heiss und somit gut machbar. Dieser Bodenbelag sollte für unsere Begriffe ausgetauscht und zum Beispiel mit eine Holzboden ersetzt werden, so wie er teilweise im Parterre der Wohnung auch schon eingelegt wurde, der ist super. Ein Tipp noch: für diejenigen die nicht gut zu Fuss sind oder ältere Leute, ist die Treppe eine Herausforderung

    Logement idéal et incroyable sur Cassis. Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable sur Cassis avec mon époux et notre bébé de 10 mois. Le logement est spacieux, sa situation est idéale et la vue sur le port est sensationnelle. Le logement est très bien équipé et propre. La terrasse privé ainsi que le parking sont de vrais atouts. Vous pouvez tout faire à pied ! Malgré l'absence de climatisation, nous n'avons pas eu trop trop chaud malgré la canicule de cet été ( juillet 2022) grâce aux nombreux ventilateurs ... Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! La conciergerie Dodo à Cassis s'est montré réactive et disponible. Eva est vraiment adorable ! Donc, si vous recherchez un logement incroyable sur Cassis ... n'hésitez plus !

    Great location, but hot! Hot! Hot!

    Wonderful spot overlooking the boats and the action of Cassis waterfront. A little walk to a tight squeeze of a garage- do not rent a large car! Very spacious, but limited amenities- extra charge for crummy sheets and towels! Maybe there will be soap, maybe not. Be prepared.No A/C , a few fans. You might sleep out in the lovely rooftop patio! It’s all about the location! And if it’s summer, make sure you can tolerate the heat!
