Beautiful apartment in Cassis
Positive: The place is really excellent and beautiful apartment. Top quality interior, modern kitchen, quality bed, tranquil setting around, large balcony and great view. Negative: We stayed in the winter months and the apartment, especially the floors, were really really cold. Luckily there was an air conditioner with heating which we turned on in the evening but still, floor and apartment in winter is super cold!!!! Another thing which I didn’t like, although perhaps understandable, is that the property requests EUR 1‘000 deposit. This was not evident at all when booking the apartment and was hidden somewhere in the footnotes. I understand the filter of people but the amount is high so make sure to plan this in your budget too.

Positive: Schöner Balkon mit Aussicht auf das Meer! Gut ausgestattete Küche. Saubere und persönlich eingerichtete Wohnung. In 5-10 Minuten am Strand (steinig aber wunderbar klares Wasser). In 15 Minuten zu Fuss im Zentrum von Cassis. Les Calanques sind unbedingt zu besuchen (Badehose nicht vergessen). Traumhafte Strände und kristallklares Wasser. Negative: No comment

This is a splendid condo! The view is spectacular. The furniture, bedding kitchen accessories were of high quality and practical. The best is the balcony with lovely furniture overlooking the Cassis bay and part of the mountain. The welcome to the place was both pleasant and very informative. We are only looking to come back soon!

The apartment is amazing and especially the terrace is something you don’t want to miss. You have an amazing view and can enjoy the sunset while having dinner. Also everything is really well equipped and the communication was easy and fast. The beaches nearby are beautiful and Cassis itself is a nice village. Everything is in walking distance although it can be quite hard if it’s hot outside because of the hilly landscape. All in all we had a wonderful stay!

Positive: Property well equipped, furnished with good taste and has a beautiful view. These are Pros. Contras: very small bedroom, very soft pillows and if you are used to memory foam, bring your own. All bathroom towels are navy blue, and I had to wash them all as I couldn't tell they were clean or not. It is possible to walk from the Estate to the city center, but make sure you're fit. Also, there are stairs involved and they were never mentioned. Negative: The management is poor. Poor communication and pushy. Kept putting pressure on my arrival time, and I kept explaining I was coming from Chicago, to Paris, conection for Marseille, drive to Cassis, I really could only estimate. I arrived and waited for 40 minutes outside for someone with the keys.Booking.com advised there would be a $500 deposit , but we were asked to pay $1.000 at check-in!!!! Although paid $85 for cleaning fees, at the night before check-out, we were told to leave the place tidy, dishes done, trash out, and so on...The check-out was another nightmare I better skip.

This is a beautifully appointed apartment and everything is high quality. It is slightly over furnished, but very comfortable. The fold-out sofa bed is superb. The location is quiet, private and secure, about 15 mins walk from the port and 10 mins walk from the nearest beach. The management company is friendly and very professional. Highly recommended.

Beautifully presented apartment, recently fully refurbished. Super sea views over Cassis and the bay. Very comfortable beds and high quality bed linen. Property is very quiet and secure. Property management, greeting and departure procedure very professional and friendly by Dodo-a-Cassis. Highly recommended.
